بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

{ وَجَزَاءُ سَيِّئَةٍ سَيِّئَةٌ مِثْلُهَا فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ
إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ }
[ الشورى 40 ]

{ وَجَزَاءُ سَيِّئَةٍ سَيِّئَةٌ مِثْلُهَا }
كقوله تعالى :

{ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُوا عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ }
وكقوله :

{ وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُم بِهِ }
الآية فشرع العدل وهو القصاص وندب إلى الفضل وهو العفو كقوله جل وعلا

{ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ }
ولهذا قال ههنا

{ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ }
أي لا يضيع ذلك عند الله كما صح ذلك في الحديث

( وما زاد الله تعالى عبدا بعفو إلا عزا )
وقوله تعالى

{ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ }
أي المعتدين وهو المبتدئ بالسيئة.



{ The recompense for an evil is an evil like thereof,
but whoever forgives and makes reconciliation,
his reward is due from Allâh. Verily, He likes not the Zâlimûn
(oppressors, polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.) }
[ Ash-Shura 42:40 ]

وفي الحديث :

( ‏أن رجلا شتم أبا بكر والنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم جالس
فجعل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعجب ويبتسم فلما أكثر رد عليه
بعض قوله فغضب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وقام فلحقه أبو بكر
فقال يا رسول الله كان يشتمني وأنت جالس فلما رددت عليه بعض قوله
غضبت وقمت
قال إنه كان معك ملك يرد عنك فلما رددت عليه بعض قوله وقع الشيطان
فلم أكن لأقعد مع الشيطان
ثم قال يا أبا بكر ثلاث كلهن حق ما من عبد ظلم بمظلمة
فيغضي عنها لله عز وجل إلا أعز الله بها نصره وما فتح رجل باب عطية
يريد بها صلة إلا زاده الله بها كثرة وما فتح رجل باب مسألة يريد بها كثرة
إلا زاده الله بها قلة )

( Abu Huraira reported: A man reviled Abu Bakr while
the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was sitting
down. That made the Prophet impressed by Abu Bakr and
he smiled. When the man repeatedly reviled Abu Bakr,
Abu Bakr reviled the man with the same words as him
and the Prophet became angry and he stood to leave.
Abu Bakr went to the Prophet and he said,
O Messenger of Allah, the man reviled me and you were
sitting, but when I responded you became angry and stood
up.” The Prophet said, “Verily, there was an angel with
you responding on your behalf, but Satan appeared when you
responded with the same words as him and
I will not sit in the presence of Satan.”
Then, the Prophet said, “O Abu Bakr, there are three
persons who are given a right. No servant is wronged by
an oppressor and he forgives him for the sake of Allah except
that Allah the Exalted will support him.
A man does not open the door of charity to strengthen family
ties except that Allah will increase his wealth.
A man does not open the door to begging to usurp wealth
except that Allah will increase his poverty )
